When Detroit's iconic candymaker Sydney Bogg's closed in 2002, customers thought they had lost their beloved Bogg's candies and chocolates for good. But long-time candymakers and Sydney Bogg's employees Lisa Peasley and her sister and brother-in-law Debbie and Gary Schlicker found that they were still receiving requests for the classic candies -- so much so that they were able to revive the brand with a new store called Sydney Bogg's Sweet Essentials in Berkley featuring the most popular hand-made chocolates and confections from the classic brand. Video by M-1 Studios
